01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the user ("You" or "Member") and 88rk ("We" or "Platform") regarding the use of all services available on the 88rk platform, including but not limited to online casino games, slots, sports betting, bingo, and all supporting features.

By accessing, registering, or using 88rk's services in any form, you automatically declare your agreement to the entire content of this document and other policy documents published by 88rk, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide.

If you do not agree with any or all of these terms, you are required to immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Use of the service after updated terms are published is considered acceptance of those changes.

02Account Creation & Management Requirements

To fully access 88rk services, you are required to create an account using valid, accurate, and up-to-date information. Registration requires your full legal name, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and a strong password.

The following requirements must be met to create and maintain an account at 88rk:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Only one active account per individual is permitted — including one account per IP address, device, name, or bank account/e-wallet number.
• Provide accurate and truthful identity information. Submitting false information may result in account suspension without prior notice.
• Complete the required identity verification (KYC) process before submitting your first withdrawal.
• Keep your login credentials confidential — your password and account information must not be shared with anyone.
• Immediately report to the 88rk support team if you detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account.

88rk reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to ID, driver's license, passport, bank statement proof, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account access restrictions.

03Deposit & Payment Terms

88rk accepts deposits through various payment methods available on the platform, including e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay), QRIS, and local bank transfers. All available methods can be viewed on the Deposit page.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah), unless a specific payment method specifies a different minimum.
• All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the 88rk account holder. Use of another party's account or e-wallet is not permitted.
• 88rk does not charge administrative fees for deposit transactions. Fees from banks or e-wallet providers are the user's responsibility.
• Balances credited to an account cannot be returned to the original payment method except through the standard withdrawal process.
• 88rk reserves the right to request clarification or additional documentation for deposits deemed unusual or potentially suspicious.

04Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from your 88rk account can be made at any time while the platform is in operation, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the identity on file with your 88rk account.
• The KYC (identity verification) process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Average withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers, depending on each provider's network conditions.
• 88rk does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform. The requested amount is what you will receive, minus any bank or e-wallet fees if applicable.
• 88rk reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals temporarily if further verification regarding account security or compliance with terms of use is required.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

88rk offers various bonus and promotion programs for new and active members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions set out in each offer.

• Each bonus carries wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses can only be claimed by members meeting specified criteria. One bonus applies to one account per user.
• Misuse of bonus programs — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is a violation that may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• 88rk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus programs at any time without prior notice, provided it does not affect bonuses currently undergoing rollover fulfillment.

06General Game Rules

All games available on the 88rk platform use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system audited by independent testing bodies. Every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

• Players are fully responsible for every bet placed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• In case of technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, the system will complete the round based on the last recorded condition. Results are final.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value displayed for each game is a theoretical long-term figure and does not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.
• 88rk reserves the right to cancel bets or game results if technical errors, manipulation, or other conditions violating the terms are detected.

07Prohibitions & Sanctions

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the 88rk platform:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different identities.
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical loopholes, bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward 88rk staff or other users.

Violations of the above terms may result in the following sanctions:

• Written warning for a first offence deemed minor.
• Temporary account suspension pending investigation.
• Permanent account deactivation and cancellation of all remaining balances.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities if the violation carries legal implications.

08Privacy & Data Protection

88rk is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of each user. All collected information is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and service improvement.

• Personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without explicit user consent, except as required by applicable law.

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with the applicable procedures.

11Limitation of Liability

88rk provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and endeavors to ensure service availability and reliability. However, 88rk cannot guarantee the platform will always operate without interruption.

• 88rk is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet network outages, third-party server downtime, or force majeure.
• 88rk is not responsible for financial losses resulting directly from gaming decisions made by users.
• 88rk's financial liability in all circumstances is limited to the active balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
• Services and content available on the platform may not be accessible in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of 88rk services complies with the laws applicable in their region.

12Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are established and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 88rk holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 88rk platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms set forth by the relevant regulatory authority.

Before filing a formal dispute, users are required to first contact the 88rk support team and allow a reasonable period for the issue to be resolved internally. 88rk is committed to taking every complaint seriously and providing a fair resolution.

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes the entire agreement between the user and 88rk and supersedes all prior agreements, statements, or communications regarding the same matter.
